Dr. Ava Frick graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980. In 1997 she was certified in Animal Chiropractic by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, and for two years served on their board of directors.
Ava's special interests are rehabilitation therapy, chiropractic, pain management, and animal nutrition.
She has spoken at Options for Animals, Purina Research Farm and the 2nd International Symposium on Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy in Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Frick has written manuals on General Pet Examination and Medical Terminology, CPR and Emergency Care, and technical articles on the Neurological Mechanics of Pain, Cervical Neurology, and Peripheral Neurology.
She has also maintained a Rabbit and Rodent medicine and surgery specialty practice since 1987.
