Joan Groff

Has worked with Dr. Frick for many many years. Her warm smile and compassion for animals and people alike are two of her greatest attributes. Joan keeps the place decorated and looking beautiful both inside and out.

Stephaney Otte

I have a very close family consisting of one brother and one sister, along with many step-siblings strung out across the United States. My husband and I currently own one calico cat, Trinity. She has been a part of our family for five years. I like to listen to music, dance, play paint ball and Texas Hold’em.  A favorite part of my job is working with the parents and patients. 

"Being new, I haven’t accumulated many stories yet, but I would have to say I was most amazed by Jeb, an adorable Dachshund. When he and his parents arrived Jeb seemed a bit temperamental. After Dr. Frick worked with him for awhile his mood grew to loving and playful. I had never seen instantaneous results like this. It was quiet impressive."

Chriss Bowman
Bicom 2000 

I am a mom to a sweet, beautiful Birman cat named Lillie. She is the light of my life and has taught me a great deal about peace and wellness. I am blessed to have both of my parents and my brother here in Missouri.  My relaxation pleasures include stitching handwork of all kinds, cooking and sharing back-to-basics home skills with others.

Chriss provides BICOM technical delivery and Alpha-Stim sessions for animals of all sizes. “Each animal here touches my heart. I am very grateful to then all for what they teach me about caring for them. I am especially moved by the way the animals make such deliberate eye contact, as if to say ‘Thank You’ after a session.”

Quintana Garcia 

I have been around animals all my life, so helping animals is what I do best. I have 7 horses of my own plus I also show and train horses professionally.  Outdoors sports like mudding and truck pulls are a blast!

Quin was originally hired for her technical skill but she has become our most pervasive employee.  “I enjoy all the aspects of Animal Fitness Center, whether it be helping out with the underwater treadmill, talking on the phone to clients, filling orders or helping the animals out, it all makes me smile. I enjoy talking to and meeting all the clients and patients and seeing their progress. Watching an animal come in not having the ability to walk and being helpless to seeing them walk in the clinic wagging their tails is 100% happiness to me!”

Angela Hale

I am married with one girl, two boys, and 2 dogs. I like to roller skate, bowl, and to spend time with my family on the beach. Listening to clients and hearing their amazement with the progress that their pets are making when they were about to give up is very rewarding.  Catering to all of our clients needs is the best thing about my job.

Angie has relocated back to Kansas City but her happy helpful voice will still greet you occasionally on the phone as she assists us at reception, customer service, and employee relations.  

Dr. Shelia Snodgrass

I have been married for 20 years and have two sons as well as a black lab mix named Penny who doesn’t think that she is a dog.  I enjoy music and love to be outdoors hiking and exploring with my family.

Dr. Snodgrass is our acupuncturist and Friday doctor for BICOM and patients needing assistance.  She enjoys working with the senior and geriatric patients.  “As members of the family, they each have their own mission. It is rewarding when I can help them feel better.”

Reyna 

Reyna has been with Dr. Frick for many years.  While she has moved on to other full time employment, Reyna is still a wonderful asset in our accounting department. And it is possible that on a really desperate day you just might hear her voice or see her smiling face at the clinic.
